Anadev offers a comprehensive project management system to ensure clear communication at regular intervals with the customer and a transparent project checkpoint system to ensure the required time-line is achieved.

    Preliminary Study------3~7days

  1. Preliminary Study

      A formal request is written for new projects.

      Based on this request, a Viability Report is prepared.

  2. Formal Project

      Once the Viability Report has been approved, the project becomes official and

      time frames, resource allocation, and control systems are implemented.

    Process Development------7days~2months

  1.  Laboratory Studies

       All available documentation is studied.

       Samples are prepared and costs are calculated.

       The operational viability is studied. 

  2.  Product Scale-up

       Pilot batches are manufactured.

       The process is optimized.

       Industrial samples are sent to customer

  3.  Industrialization

       Several batches are manufactured at an industrial scale.

    Regular Production

      The project is transferred to the Quality System used for regular products.

Continuous Improvement

AnaDev has a well-defined Continuous Improvement philosophy.

A multi-disciplined committee regularly meets to discuss the requests received and to allocate resources for investigation.

Cost reduction and changing regulations are the driving force for process improvement.

Examples of recently studied improvements include:

    Reduction of residues (cost reduction + efficient environmental management)

    Yield improvement (cost reduction)

    Reduction of use of Volatile Organic Compounds (changing regulations)

    Use of reagents in solution to avoid charging solids (potential for accidents

       is reduced)

AnaDev's technical team has more than 10 years experience in successfully improving and commercializing complex processes for the chemicals industry.

Route of Synthesis Optimization.

Optimizing laboratory developed routes of synthesis to reduce isolation steps, improve yield, reduce batch production time and eliminate the use of toxic and/or dangerous reagents.

Scale-up from Laboratory to Pilot Plant.

Using facilities located in 2 laboratories producing gram to 1kg quantities for early clinical trials.

Scale-up from Pilot Plant to commercial.

Using facilities located in 2 pilot plants producing 1kg to multi-kg quantities for Phase I, II and III clinical trials and for small scale commercial production.

Using facilities located in 3 factories producing multi-kg to ton quantities for  mass production.

Product documentation and specification are a central feature of our quality assurance. Each individual product has its own precise specification. Compliance with that specification is carefully monitored by the quality control department to ensure that uniformly high quality standards are met.

The following documents and data are available to confirm product identity, quality and safety:

 Certificate of Analysis, CoA

The certificate of analysis is available on request for each product.

 Material Safety Data Sheets, MSDS

Request the Material Safety Data Sheets by E-mail.

 Specification Sheets

Current specification sheets may be requested at any time from Marketing department. Catalogue and on-line specifications are valid at the time of release.

 Special Certificates

Further, special certificates are available on request free of charge or for a nominal charge.

 Expiry Dates

Several hundreds of products have expiry dates and many more are to come. They only apply in the event of correct storage in the unopened original container. However, many of these products can still be used after the expiry date. Warranties are given pursuant to our conditions of sale and delivery.

 Regulatory

AnaDev maintains a team of highly trained regulatory experts in each of its main sites. As such, Anadev is capable of providing DMF's for advanced intermediates as well as the final APIs.
